This case is quite good for it's price point. I use it to lug around one of my bluetooth speakers (Beolit 20) when I'm traveling to prevent scratches and scuffs. There's plenty of room to add your own foam or use the ones provided with the box.I've never been a fan of the OEM foam that comes with these kinds of hard cases because they're hard to work with and tear apart.

I purchased the Monoprice Weatherproof/Shockproof Hard Case to protect my son's Oculus Quest 2, equipped with an aftermarket pro strap. Most other cases on the market were either too small or too bulky for everyday use. Thankfully, this case was just right. It accommodates the headset (even with the strap attached), controllers, extra batteries, and charger perfectly, with a little angling. The customizable foam inside allows for a snug fit and has been working flawlessly so far. Highly recommended!

I bought this to store the non-waterproof components of my ROV. After a dive, the ROV and it’s tether hold just enough moisture that they can’t be sealed in the case with the sensitive electronics. I didn’t want to have to buy another Pelican case just for them. I paid $28 for this case. A comparable Pelican case is approximately $160.The case itself is a durable polypropylene. It will protect against puncture damage similar to the Pelican Case. The internal foam of this case is much less rigid than Pelican Cases. It’s very soft. It fills the void well but can collapse under heavier weight stored items. This softer aspect makes pick-n-pluck a little tricky. I ended up using the pluck lines as guides and just cut the foam with a razor. The latches are adequate but nowhere near great. There is a waterproof seal around the lid but I haven’t tested it’s water tightness yet.Overall, I am satisfied with this case. It will serve to protect my components at a fraction of the cost of a Pelican Case. I do not expect the foam to last. So factor that into your case plans. The bigger case in my photo is a Pelican. It’s 12 years old now and has been modified to store my ROV. The smaller case is the one being reviewed. Hopefully this will give you some idea or size. Good luck!
