最近は百均に縄跳び売ってないんですね（コードレス縄跳び、というのはありますが）昔の縄跳びのように長さ調整でロープ切ろうとしたら、中からワイヤーが出てきて驚きました重くはないですが、耐久性はありそうです

I’m 5’5 and I had to shrink the rope a little, but it’s easy to adjust the length. Just unscrew the handle, pull to your desired length. Tie a knot. Stuff the excess back in the handle and screw it closed.I’ve stuffed it carelessly in my gym bag and it doesn’t tangle and seems to take little to no damage.It works great for skipping or speed jumping. I didn’t want to spend a lot on a rope as I wasn’t sure I’d have the skill any more at my age and this surprised me how good it is at this price.

Works , the rope will detach from the handle but you can screw it back in easily. Doesn’t happen often , but happens

I blame my kids for getting me into Instagram. All those videos, too addictive. I will say that in one of the videos I saw people jumping rope and of course once you watch one video, more load into your feed. It seemed like a very good way to start to get back into shape, or at least build on my cardio which is sorely lacking.This jump rope is not like the jump rope I played around with as a kid. There is no "rope", but a vinyl like cord. It is extremely lightweight. The handles are padded and are the perfect size. The cord length is easily adjustable and the instructions are very simple. Cost is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.
