Après un.echange rapide suite à un problème de réglage de la fin de course cette platine est de très bonne qualité avec une restitution des sons très bon et l'automatisme est très agreable

Not sure how I feel about this turntable. I bought it as a replacement for my Project Essential mainly for the automatic features. I brought over the upgraded OM-20 from the old turntable. The sound quality is very good for music...however, there is a constant hum that I haven't completely rectified. Plus there is a "swish swish" static noise when the platter is moving that is amplified through the speakers. When I plug my old turntable into the system, both noises are gone so it's something inherent to the turntable itself. At normal listening levels, you don't really notice either and the family loves using the turntable since they were not used to using a manual turntable.

If you want a fully automatic turntable, this seems a great option from pro-ject.Ortofon cartridge is quite good. Not the warmest of sound but I think this is a perfectly good midrange option.Pre amp is switchable.

From my review in Outword...The sound quality, is simply amazing. During COVID I bought ELO’s “Out of the Blue” with the album artwork on the disc themselves. I thought it made for a poor pressing when I played it on my old Techniques turntable, but the Automat showed just how glorious it was regardless of the image discs. The Ortofon really pulls out the subtleties, air and space that is so cleverly imbedded in those grooves. Andreas Vollenweider’s “Down to the Moon” is a masterpieces that shines on this turntable.I don’t have many LPs available to me but I can say Norah Jone’s “Come Away With Me” is a stunner, Lorena McKinnitt’s “The Visit” is breathtaking. At this point, I am not longing for upgrades. The Automat is amazing just the way it is.The fact that you get that level of sound quality, and the machine will put on, and take off the tone arm and stop the platter is almost unbelievable. It may sound petty, but I wish it was slightly more automatic. It would be great if it had a Repeat function, and out of this world if it had a remote control so you could start it from the comfort of your sofa. But, alas, having a record player and listening to records is about the experience.it's is an excellent machine. I am really enjoying it.
