We moved into a house that was missing a lock in a window that is 50 years old. We are in process of changing the window but needed something to secure the window until it is changed. This product was easy to install and works well!

We got a price from window mfg to replace the broken lock. Looked around and found this. It works well, seems fairly secure. It screwed in and lined up with the old holes. Was easy to replace the old one.

Bought this to replace a broken sash. My house was built 2003 I was hoping that this would be compatible and it 100% was. This made installation very easy without having to drill any additional holes. Quality is good. Works well. Would buy this product again

Repaired my window lock. The movable part was replaced, but left the stationary part which was compatable.
