Great product. Fast shipped. Use caution opening!! Not white shirt LOL. Covered in cutting oil that can stain a nice shirt. Otherwise excellent service.

Great for larger stones but I just can't get it to work with the small stones. It may not be meant for stones that small, but I wish it was.

Can not get a good position on the ringsSlips off quite a bit. I was hoping it woulddo the job but this one is not for me :(

The tool works but it's not the steel color as pictured but has a black coating on it.

I have a lot of jewelry repair tools but could not find my prong lifter. This one works really well.
