You will see an increase in the amount of weight you can lift with these. The amount of support these wraps provide is unmatched to any other elbow wraps ive used. Material is high quality and durable. Very easy to put on. Definitely worth the investment.

Wow I am not one to believe in equipment making a big difference in lifts but these added SEVERAL extra reps to what would normally be my heavy doubles on bench! Be careful though cause these might make you think you’re stronger than you actually are so don’t let it get to your head, but these WORK!
