When I took the battery out of its packaging the top cover was loose and later came off but It just snapped back on, the battery charges quickly in the included charger and worked for my Sony DSC V1.

I really needed this for an old battery I had and I’m glad they work. So far, there are no issues, so I hope it stays that way

Charger was not compatable with the battery I requested OR the battery they provided. CrAzy!!!! Why would you provide a battery that does not fit in the charger you sent? Useless waste of time and effort. Can I have the time I spent back along with my refund PLEASE.

I ended up with an older Sony DSC-P8 camera from about 2017. It's not very good compared even to a modern cell phone, especially my iPhone 13 Pro Max - but it's very good for it's time and still usable.The battery in it had not been charged in several years and appeared to be bad at first. This charger and battery combination was very inexpensive.Unfortunately the battery is slightly too big and doesn't latch into the compartment cleanly. HOWEVER... it does work if you just close the outer door on it.Meanwhile the charger works fine with the original battery as well - which is now working. The picture showing 96% is the older battery in the new charger. The picture of the camera back showing 79 minutes is with the new battery in the camera.
