The charger works good , however I charged the battery to 99% and so far it maintained charge to 90% . Hopefully the battery will stay charged. I never used the resistor

No recomendable. No me gustó nada. hasta la fecha no funciona, y lamentablemente pedí dos, y tengo uno que por lo mismo ya no tenia caso instalar ya que no trae baterías y tuve que gastar comprándolas y su cargador y como seguía igual compré un adaptador de corriente y el gasto fue inútil e inoficioso. ojala se permitiera el cambio por otra mercancía

Really easy to plug in, connect and use.I have a ring doorbell first version, and initially it didn’t work, and the app showed it was still powered by battery. I read some of the other reviews and wondered if it needed to be reset or something, but leaving it alone made no difference. In the end it was the back plate. It was slightly out of square, only a tiny bit. Plus the contacts needed to be cleaned on the doorbell and the back plate. Then I seated the doorbell as well as I could on the mounting plate. After that, a white circle flowed around the button, showing it was ok.Phew. Worth persevering. I’m pleased now

My ring has never worked well since I first bought it. It would go on and off ever since I first got it. I've called Ring and Ring's service has always been amazing (ie. Courteous). In terms of resolving the issue, their solutions have never quite worked. So after having the Ring Pro for 2 years, it finally stopped working. I wasn't sure if it was the transformer, or the thin wires, or what. Long story short, I decided to give this power adapter a try to see if it worked. And... initially the Ring had some life only to turn off after 10mins of testing. What i ended up doing was BYPASS the Ring Pro Power Kit and then it WORKED.Strengths:My Ring is alive again. Its cheaper than the transformer i got and looks less bulky.Weakness:Slightly pricey but it worked!Conclusion:It gave life to my Ring Pro again!

I have got the wire kit to pluge in my ring door bell, works amazing, plugged in at 59% slowly after a week it fully charged and after a month now still at 100%. This is a must for any ring owner.

Does the job. I thought this would also charge the battery or keep it charged, but that doesn't happen. Powers the bell so not going to complain.An update on my review. My battery went down to 3% and stayed like that for some time. However, it has started to reagin its charge. Now showing 51% which tells me that the battery does eventually charge up until next flat.

El adaptador no suministra carga... está instalado y la carga que tiene la batería se va acabando poco a poco..
