Bought for my nieces 13ths birthday, was DEFINITELY a total hot she loved it! Packaging is pretty in presentation.

I ordered these for our Girl Scout troop for an activity to go along with one of our badges. A third of the kits we opened out of their bubble wrap were broken. The glass was shattered. We think that the rocks on the inside of the kit may have been the reason they broke, since the jars themselves seemed wrapped very well with bubble wrap and the Amazon box was fine.Thankfully, our girls were good sports and buddied up to share their kits. The terrariums were easy to make, and it's nice that everything (except the succulent) was included. I appreciated that I didn't have to calculate the individual amounts of moss, soil, and rocks for an entire troop of girls.These aren't bad kits, but I would say order extras, just in case. Or, unwrap them from the bubble wrap ahead of time to check that they aren't broken, and then re-wrap and seal them.

Instruction say to just use the outer ring but the cap is all one piece
