I like the frame. But what are these for? There is no tint and no magnification?

A 53-17-140 would be perfect. The absence of the rims reduces the size of the eye piece though the measurement is correct. I would suggest you go up a step higher for the rim size for what you normally wear for a rimless eyepiece
