I had purchased the product to remove scratches on my smart watch but the product did not serve my purpose . Not sure if the claims made by the product is true. Disappointed

It was not easy to use at all...it may have been easier to use and possibly worked if the directions and the video that shows you "how to use the product" would have been in English and been more specific, they don't even tell you how long to rub each one of the liquids on the screen. This is a horrible product, if you look at the pictures I submitted the product made the scratches more visible and left a film on my screen that will not come off, it makes it very difficult to see the screen sometimes because of the film this product left. I would not recommend buying this product.

Removing watch crystal scratches is always a bit hit and miss, and I was arguably skeptical since my G-shock GW9400 Rangeman mineral glass crystal is one of the toughest out there. Mineral Glass is used by Casio G-shocks because it's ridiculously tough & scratch resistant, and I bought this Poly Watch repair set after a lot of research and watching others on YouTube --- however, many of the watches being repaired online have lower quality plastic or glass crystals than this G-shock. Again, I was skeptical. You can see the before photo with the green bezel, the scratch was deep, nearly 1" long, and at the 10 o'clock position and it was VERY visible when wearing the watch since it was directly over the small gold circular seconds ticker window. It distracted from the enjoyment of this beast and I was determined to fix it. I'm the second owner of the watch and wanted to make my own marks, not wear someone else's.Anyway, a couple of notes -- 1) follow the YT instructional video to the letter, easy to find with a search. It matters. 2) it requires a LOT of physical effort to get out a serious scratch like this one, don't be shy with muscle power and use the Repair tube sparingly a little tiny bit at a time. Use scotch tape to seal the area around the mark, and adjust the white cloth strips to fresh areas as you go, they give you plenty.That said, this Poly Watch repair set worked! The scratch is 95% gone and BARELY noticeable and I have to turn the watch just right to even see it catch the light (a few spots were deep than the rest, otherwise it's nearly all gone). From a distance, under normal viewing the scratch is unnoticed. I could probably go for it again to completely remove it, but as is, a HUGE improvement.I spent 2 hours on this crystal scratch repair, I used all the Repair tube, and most of the white cloth strips, and about half of the Finish tube and a couple of the pink cloth strips. The wood stick held up perfectly.Like many have said, they should include more Repair fluid (I stopped because I ran out), but otherwise no complaints and this product f'n works. Super happy and my Rangeman looks a millions times better (and even swapped in a red bezel during the process, which is part of the joy of wearing G-shocks and being able to customize them).Thank you Poly Watch!

I have a single long scratch that is pretty deep. I was doubtful this product would work but seeing some results on here I was optimistic. Followed the directions to a tee and applied multiple times. I see almost no difference. The farther picture is the post polishing. Sadly I’ll continue looking for a miracle to get rid of my scratch.
