These elbow pads are trash and most Poc stuff is excellent

These pads work great (I’ve tested them a few times), are very comfortable, not too bulky, and stay in place. I bought a second pair as a backup. Highly recommended.

If "set and forget" is your thing, this is your elbow pad. But I would say make sure your sizing is accurate. If you're in-between sizes, or in doubt, size down. Once past sizing, these pads nail it with their combination of comfort and grip. I've ridden them in very technical terrain and they don't budge. And they feel invisible while riding in them. I haven't crashed in them yet so I can't say how durable they will be, but the POC knee pads I own survived a minor crash without even a scuff. The bottom line is, at this price point I expect a lot, and so far these pads have delivered.
