Easy to install, need a level, screwdriver, drill, and a hammer. The rest is common skills most anyone would have took me 5 minutes to put together and install once I had my tools ready.

This is really a cheaper grade of plastic than what Amazon uses on the Echo devices. The stand works, but you would have to be careful not to accidentally nudge it too hard or drop something on it as it seems a little more brittle.

Génial, j'avais les tetons qui brûlaient pendant mes running. Ces patchs sont top.Il me les faudrait un peu plus large.Mes pour homme ou pour les femmes avec des petits mamelon parfait.Tiens bien et s'enlève à la douche.

Tengono benissimo per ore di corsa, resistono al sole, sudore e doccie, tagliate i peli altrimenti sarà un problema staccarli! 😂😂😂

I got into running in the summer of last year while staying in New York with my girlfriend. Central Park, West Side Highway... what great places to run, right?Well... partially. The muscle around my knees were NOT ready for that level of stress, and I really had to power through the pain at the beginning. In time, I saw myself getting better and really began to love it. I spoke to friends and family about it, trying to find out how to get faster and improve my times. I had become obsessed. The very person I thought I'd never become.What nobody told me in these conversations, and in my research, was the absolute strain running can create from the friction on your nipples. I again tried to power through, but when I got home from a run one day and saw blood reminiscent of Andy Dwyer from "The Office" I knew I had to do something about it.I tried a number of things, but nothing really worked until using these covers. A complete lifesaver. Very easy to put on, and come off super easily in the shower. USE THEM! YOU WILL THANK YOURSELF AND SAVE YOURSELF A TON OF PAIN!

Don't bother with more expensive ones as these are perfect. I pop them on before a long run and they stay in place forever! No nipple pain again !As they stay in place so well you do need to take care removing and in the shower is best with water but come off like any normal plaster.Love em

Ich trage sie bei längeren Strecken, zum Beispiel Halbmarathon und sie bleiben kleben und gehen trotzdem gut ab. Sie erfüllen voll ihren Zweck
