I was worried about purchasing these because they were considerably less expensive than going directly to Plantronics, but they seem to be legitimate products and have worked flawlessly so far. The earpiece is comfortable and the mic works well. Not much else to say.

Update - two years in, with irregular use, the microphone has become too crackly for people I talk with. Covering the front mic with my finger stops this, so is a noise-cancellation problem. I've therefore lowered my review to two stars. Original review follows:It has a nice earpad. Perhaps could do with being able to expand over the head a little more, so the large heads out there may find it a bit tight I think.Announces battery life whenever you turn on/off, which is nice.The range is only about 4 or 5 metres from my desk, which I find disappointing as was hoping to be able to pace a bit during some calls.Bought the version with a USB C connector, which worked. The silly thing is that you still have to charge it using its Micro-USB socket though!

Great product crystal clear. Really easy to lose and really comfortable.Usb-c for Mac user.Seller under promised and over delivered recieved product promptly.The volume range is imsane, i can be on the phone 30 meteres away from my desk and still have perfect quality. This should be rolled out worldwide

I have used this product for a week now. Very pleased with the audio quality. Headset is comfortable as well. Battery life has bee very good. Reach throughout the office area is pretty good. Couple of dead spots I have found that need to be avoided.
