Ordered these in 2XL. I'm 6'0" 250lbs, and they fit me well with some additional room for movement. Many T-shirts I've purchased off Amazon have had very high, tight armpits. Not these!!! These are nicely cut and give you plenty of unrestricted movement.I typically wear a tall if I can find them. Although these are not listed as Talls, they are sufficiently long to stay tucked in my pants. The sleeves are about right too with enough stretch to them so that I can put my thumbs through the thumb holes if needed (although I still haven't' really figured out why I might want to).The fabric feels like a nice medium weight poly. Not too thick nor thin. They wick well too. I put them through the dryer on warm, and they came out wrinkle-free.It's winter here where I live and not all that sunny, so I cannot comment about any sun protection factor.I really cannot find anything negative to list about these, and I'm a consummate pessimist, so that's saying something.I'd easily give these 5 stars.

True to size and fit well. The colors and fabric choice are appropriate for the purpose, but maybe a bit shinier than other rash guard shirts I’ve owned. Thumb holes are effective and in the right place.

Nicely made shirt with no loose threads or seams. I normally wear a medium and this in a medium fits me well. I'm not too crazy about the thumb holes in the cuffs since, as a grown man, I have no use for such nonsense. The wife has offered to re-hem to eliminate the holes. I plan on wearing this shirt at the gun range for 1) Visibility 2) A little protection from hot ejected casings, 3) Sun protection. I have another brand of this exact shirt so I assume they are likely the same shirt, same factory. All in all, I'm pleased.

I really like these long sleeve shirts because for me I like to have layers on in the winter I know these are saying sun shirts an are implying to use them on their own but I like them as one of my layers & having the ability to be more agile with thin layers on instead of bulky ones which are not comfortable as well as hard to work in. They are a little high but I still think they are worth it so I would recommend them.
