I don’t know why I waited so long to get this. The grip is very nice. The pencil also came with a lot of lead pre-filled. The body is very similar to the s20 however it’s has a bit of weight in the front due to the grip but evenly distributed so you don’t notice it that much.I’ll definitely will probably buy another in a different lead size and color :)

I like mechanical pencils heavier on the tip, and sometimes when sketching I grab the pencil closer to the middle of the body, so having a knurled handle in half the length of the pencil is for me, a rare and appreciated feature found in this pencil. This in 0.9mm is actually the last one needed to end my collection of all sizes available, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.7 and 0.9mm. With the other half plastic body in different colours, it helps to colour code them, and quickly identify the lead size. The lead provided was B, and the marker can be set to: 2H, H, F, HB, B, and 2B, covering all possibilities for a 0.9mm lead available on the market, that I'm aware of. I would liked to see 3B and 4B on the 0.5mm though, but the lead marker settings are all equal among all sizes. That's the only "not so good" observation. I don't use the tiny rubber so I can't say much about it, but it has a pin for lead jam problem solving. If you don't like metal knurled handles, the Pilot S series has the S3 all plastic, S5 with rubber instead of metal, and the slick S20 in wood (I absolutely love those).

Il portamine é di ottima qualitá e scrive molto bene. Sono un appassionato di matite e lo uso sempre. Sono molto soddisfatto del prodotto e il venditore é stato molto gentile e disponibile.
