Ok quality but not as good as expected. Blades were sharp and would have probably been good slicer if you could change out parts

This machine is amazing, sharp and very handy but, knife’s rusted after the first day of use.

Got this to do bulk food prep. I did huge batch of different onions, peppers, tomatoes, carrots and potatoes. This all went so fast, the blades are very sharp and made quick and easy work of all the veggies. This wasn’t very expensive ( compared to others) and I had my doubts, but it was great! Clean up was not bad especially with the wire brushes that came with the machine. On the advice of another reviewer I did buy some protective gloves to handle the blades.

Fácil y rápido para picar frutas y verduras. Puedo picar en cuadritos más de 25 libras de papas en menos de 5 minutos, al igual jalapeños, cebolla, jicama, y otros vegetales duros.No se recomienda para tomates, pepinos, mango o cualquier otro ingrediente jugoso porque lo hace como puré.

This machine will slice and dice anything you put through it without bogging down. Cleanup isn't fun though. It seems as though they missed an opportunity to make everything come apart to throw in the dishwasher. You can't clean the machine base with motor easily. But it will do what it was intended very well.
