We buy these for a softball league and they work for our Tiny 6 year olds all the way to our average size 9/10 year olds. They hold up well!

My 6 year moved up to coach’s pitch town ball and the league provided gear was entirely too big for him. My son is tiny but scrappy so he wasn’t afraid of playing catcher. After seeing him struggling to move because of the inadequate gear I went to Amazon to search for a solution. This gear was easy to adjust and protected him. It also did not break the bank. Highly recommend

Great if your kiddo is starting off catching. Even for travel baseball, it’s good quality for price. Lightweight and travels well.

This was just what the doctor ordered for my grandson's Little League team most of his teammates were smaller and the equipment they supplied was too big for 90% of the team I bought this so the kids using it we're very comfortable while catching versus the very bulky one that the team got in the Little League inventory.
