I purchased this for a six week work trip overseas and has worked really well. It is very compact and relatively lightweight. I needed something small and light that I can carry with me when I work in cafés or an Airbnb's. This serve that purpose. It has three outlets which is more than enough and it's nice that it also has USB ports built-in. I really love the wraparound cord design and it is long enough without getting in the way. It must have for travel.

This surge protector is very handy for traveling. The form factor is compact, and it's comforting to have surge protection for my computer when on the road. I have been in multiple hotels where either the outlet is in an awkward place and/or the desktop power connection points are not functioning properly, and this portable surge protector has made life much easier in those situations. The size is generally compact and easily fits in my laptop bag. The images and description are accurate - what you see is what you get. If you travel often and want consistent surge protection for your devices, this is the way to go.

Nice to know that your expensive devices will be protected. I use this in our van’s ac outlet. Great when driving long distances or camping. Doubles up my ac outlets and has the USB ports there too. We can keep battery packs, portable fans, phones, tablets, etc topped off easily with this.For flights and hotel stays, this is a must have. I don’t trust the worn out outlets and USB ports at airports and hotel rooms. People are so careless, just jamming stuff in there or yanking them out. Half of the stuff doesn’t even work. This is pretty small and you know it’ll protect your things. I’ve used other Philips brand devices for a long time and they seem to never fail.Overall, nice design, compact, fair price from a brand name. No complaints.
