While many of the coin blanks you see on Amazon are of poor quality, with steel cores covered by thin plating, these stand out as being uniform brass all through. They are neither large nor thick, but this is plenty to hone your skills and settings for laser engraving. The attached image was made with lightburn, line art produced by an AI, and a depth map produced by sculptOK. I did 256 passes with a 50 watt laser at about 80% power and 30khz pulse, cleaning every 8 passes.I have burned through these coins, (by accident) and they are uniform. I will say that I don't feel nearly as bad ruining one of these coins as a $2-$3 brank.

Really a great stamp and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely buy again.
