For the price, I thought what can a I lose? Nothing.Turns out that these are a bargain.I've had these for a while now and did a lot of fishing in that time.I use one pair for cutting bait, a lot of dirty, scissor dulling, nightcrawlers. They get banged around on the banks of several ponds. from muddy to very rocky. They are durable.I use the other for cutting braided line, from 8lb 8 strand to 65lb 12 strand. The serrations really hold well, clean cuts. Both do those jobs really well, and when I wash them, they both still look almost new and perform that way.The bright handles make them easy to find whether I'm on the bank or in my workshop tying an fg knot on a leader, and are large enough to not lose them under something. I may as well throw black handled scissors in the trash just to save time.Very sharp, powerful leverage. Watch your fingers.

They work. They cut really well. I cut line and bait with them. You'll get a solid 3 months out of them before you'll want to replace them. The holes are almost too snug for the thumb but not terrible.Definitely not stainless. I fish every day in saltwater. Every day they get rinsed with fresh water and wiped down. About 2 months in they will start to get stiff. By month 3 they are garbage. Oiling them has no effect as I've just tossed the second pair. Here's the thing, I'm about to order two more. Way I see it, it was 5 bucks for 3 months of good scissors.
