I was sent a used and frayed item. I want a refund. This was not a new item.Update:I would like to clarify that this company is not responsible for the mishap of a used item being shipped out to customer. As I understand now that it came out of the warehouse in error.This company has been phenomenal in remedying the situation. Their customer service is beyond,and for that I give 5 stars plus they sent me a new light which I love. The strip is long enough, functional, and had diff settings for dimness!! They are an exceptional company.Customer service is very important to me. And they certainly did their best. Appreciated!

These work well and have really uplifted my kitchen space where I’ve placed these underneath the cabinets. The motion sensor is fairly sensitive, I’ve been impressed at how effective it is in low light. It’s nice to be able to grab a drink at night without switching the light on. I like the warm tone of the lights, and that the brightness can be adjusted. The adhesive is strong enough to hold the strip of lights upside down and they have held up for over 3 months. I would definitely recommend.

We installed this in the play area of a loft bed and it's working great. It provides a lot of light and is easy for a 4 year old to operate. Insallation was simple with included double sided adhesive on the back. It's very convenient that it draws power from a USB-A plug (not included). I didn't have a reason to test out splicing sections, but it appears straightforward as it has standard pads for doing so (and I had to cut off a section to match the length of where it's installed.

Tested this for a couple hours and it would turn off after 30 seconds and then just turn right back on no matter what I did, including covering the sensor.
