I hate this rice cooker. It makes the most delicious rice, and perfect tahdig that I’ve been eating it 2-3 times a day. I’m now in the third week of ownership and gained 7 pounds thanks to this machine! Thanks Pars for creating the best rice cooker on the planet and now I’m gaining all the weight I lost last year! :(

Estan bien a secas, los materiales se sienten promedio, el estuche tambien, y el tamaño es mas chico de lo que pense pero funcionan, estan bonitos y son divertidos para los niños aunque sirven mas para un danonino por ejemplo, pero no para una sopita

Están muy bonitos, sirven para lo que son, pero la calidad me dejó un poco de duda, no es mala para nada, pero tampoco muy buena.

Estan bonitos, pero hay que tomar en cuenta que el muñequito del mango, se desmonta, es fácil que los niños lo tiren y se pierda.Ojo

I love the Pars Automatic Persian Rice Cooker! It consistently produces perfect Tahdig, the delicious Persian crispy rice, with incredible ease and speed. The rice comes out flawless each time, with a perfect golden crust.This is actually my second Pars Rice Cooker. I already had one and decided to get another so I can make two different kinds of rice dishes simultaneously for my parties. Highly recommend for anyone who loves Persian cuisine or wants to experience the magic of Tahdig!

We have the 15-cup version. The pic attached is our favorite tahdig recipe so far - potato tahdig. The family absolutely loves it! Unfortunately, the instructions do not detail a 2-cup recipe. So, here is the perfect potato tahdig recipe for 2-3 people:Note: I am using Persian standard cups (180 ML) rather than American standard cups (240 ML)- Coat rice cooker with vegetable oil (or canola)- Layer 1/4" Yukon gold potatoe slices on the bottom and sides (you can experiment with slice widths)- Rinse and drain 2 cups jasmine rice until water is clear- Add 80 ML of vegetable oil (or canola), 1 cup of water, and 1.5 tsp of sea salt to rice and mix very well (I use a mixing bowl)- Gently pour rice mixture over potatoes- Add 1.5 cups of water (this brings the total water amount to 2.5 cups) to rice cooker and gently smooth out rice being very careful not to disturb the potatoes- Cover top of cooker with kitchen towel or paper towels and then cover with lid- Set for 60 minutes and forget about it until done- Optional: Bloom 0.5-1 tsp of ground saffron (or a few saffron strands) with 2 tablespoons of hot melted butter (or hot water) and pour over rice after 30-45 minutes- Immediately remove after cooking time and flip over on a serving dish

This product is good but the seller did the worst packaging and we received the unit damaged. I did not return it because we really need it. It came in an oversized box and the unit was dented and warped.

I love Pars products but the 7 cup rice cooker unit that I ordered was 1st initially shipped in its original box (not in an Amazon box) and by the time it was delivered, the packaging was extensively damaged, and you could clearly hear a rattling or something loose inside like a screw. I ordered another 10 cup rice cooker but this time the 60 min timer on the controller does not work and the light indicator is so dim you can't tell if it's on or off. I then ordered a 3rd unit, clearly they are out of inventories I had to reserve to a 15 cup unit. The timer works but the light indicator is still dimmer than usual. Now deciding to wait until another new inventory to arrive or keep this one which is much bigger than I need.
