I saw these and wasn't sure what they were for. I figured they'd be accessory manufacturer specific adapters. Instead they are a way of adding a standard T-mount to your Hobie H-rail. Nice! The quality of these is quite good. You need to assemble them with the included bolts and nuts. I wasn't in the market for such an adapter, but it will be nice to have the option on my Hobe PA14, especially since Hobie specific mounts are spendy. Now, the price of this mount is INSANE. There's a bunch of companies making similar adapters, so there are cheaper options. I would recommend these if you think the Price Is Right!

These are great for mounting accessories on my hobie pro angler kayak rails . They provide two sliding rail mounting spots one each side. They can be rotated to almost any angle and can use any sliding rail accessories. They are very thick and well made to withstand what you throw at them. I bought similar product from a name brand that were not as well made as these. These are a fraction of the price of a single hobie mounts for four mounts . Would recommend.
