Product looks awesome but that’s about it. It worked great the day it was installed then it got all wonky. Phone works while the radio stays on so that’s useless. Volume does its own thing or doesn’t work at all. This morning I started my truck to go to work and the volume was at max and it would not allow me to lower the volume, now I probably need to replace my speakers… And finally I ripped my truck apart to install this thing and now my factory unit is in a million pieces and I have to find all of the buttons and hardware and try and puzzle it back together. American Trucks makes a legit version but for a lot more $. My advice is stay away from this product and don’t go the cheap route. Get the American Trucks version and make payments! Disclosure: I am not affiliated with American Trucks but love their products!

just installed it. it was kinda confusing since you have to put some parts from the old stereo to the new one. but pretty easy to install took me about 2 hours to complete installation. instructions need to be more clear . it looks amazing give my truck a newer look thats what i was looking for.

Unit looks good in vehicle after instalation, fairly easy to install, touch screen could have faster response time, sometimes have to touch the screen multiple times to get where you want. Screen is very clear to see daytime or nighttime. Good unit for the price, seller has been quick answering questions. Definitely not high end but very functional and good unit for the price

We had this installed by professionals. It worked great and looked amazing till it stopped working two week ago. The screen is black and will not come back on.
