Here's a proper time related review. I bought two of these led wall packs in August of 2022. They have been mounted on my two barns outside over the doors since. They have never failed to turn on or turn off ever whether it was 90° outside or it was below zero. They retain their brightness. And work great I am extremely pleased and happy with this company and this product. Now fast forward to January 2025. I noticed my light on one of my barns was not on one night. I went and checked the circuit breakers in the barn and verify we had electrical service available. Everything was okay and checked out. I checked the housing by opening up the LED and testing the voltage incoming with a multimeter and found out that I had voltage going to their control board. So I submitted a warranty claim considering these are warranted for 5 years. They were concerned that the light went out, and we're very professional and courteous. They took my address my order number and within 15 days had a brand new unit in my hands. It's going up to be mounted this weekend! Awesome company amazing products

The light seems well made although I'm concerned that the sealing gasket may not stand up to Montana winters. Time will tell. The light is bright and probably meets the 16,800 lumen specification. I'm not able to dim the light with a Shelly Plus 0-10V Dimmer and I've had no problems with several lights from other manufacturers. The manual supplied by the manufacturer does not give any information about the 1-10V dimming interface. It may be a "passive" interface and require a separate 10V power supply to make it work because I never measure any voltage across the two dimming wires. I'm waiting for the manufacturer to confirm this. If a separate power supply is needed that would be a nuisance but solvable, there's room inside the housing for the power supply. A power supply with very low standby power consumption should be used. I'll update this review if and when I hear from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer doesn't respond I will be returning the three lights I purchased. I have been using a different (non-dimmable) light from this manufacturer for over a year and it has worked great, even through a cold Montana winter.
