These work great for our home gym in the garage. Each panel comes with a protective film that you need to peel off. I would suggest peeling it off before you install so you don't accidentally pull the mirror off the wall. The film is pretty secure to the mirror (it's like a big sticker on the mirror).A set of 4 can be stacked one above each other - it won't be full length, but if you stand back a few feet you can still see your whole body. Image is really clear.Still deciding whether we want to stack a row of 4 on two different walls, or make one bigger mirror on the same wall. But for around $25 at time of purchase, getting a second set isn't too unreasonable... decisions, decisions....
