This is a terrible product. The top of the snap is not made of metal, but black plastic. I installed several snaps on my boat canvas. They held securely. When carefully unsnapping, the metal failed on each snap. I tried several more on a thin material, and every snap failed, as I carefully unsnapped. Very cheap materials. Do not waste your time or money.

Not the best snaps. It says it has a lot of uses however I don’t see how that’s possible when the snaps don’t work. The install of everything was easy. The snaps themselves kept breaking away from the posts. Couldn’t get a single snap to work properly. The only thing that worked well in this kit was the screw snap. Ended up using those and buying better snaps at a craft store. Wouldn’t recommend.

El paquete viene muy completo , trae los broches y las herramientas para usarlos, es sencillo de usar, muy recomendable para arreglar tu propia

Purchase these because I wanted black snap covers for my pontoon boat cover. The ad States high quality brass nickel plated stainless steel. ( QUALITY:Snaps are made of high quality brass and nickel-plated,the screws are made of 304 stainless steel,perfect for rust&corrosion&oxidation resistance,ensure long time using and prolong screws lifespan.). The ad does not mention that the snap heads are plastic. They are also not rounded on the edges. I feel that they will catch on things and tear off or crack if they come in contact with the dock or bumpers at any time . Unfortunately I will need to return these. They did come quickly and well packaged.
