These shirts are definitely a good buy at that price. I exercise for 2 to 3 hours 4 or 5 days a week and I'm in the sun during that time. They block the sun and help keep me cool. I'm 5'10" and 180 lbs. These fit a little loose but I like that for exercise. Thumb holes are in the cuff.

I recently got a pack of three DMVOD Men's UPF 50+ Long Sleeve Hoodies in XX-Large (Blue), and I’m pretty impressed with them! First off, the UPF 50+ sun protection is amazing—it's definitely saved me from sunburn on long fishing days and during hikes. The material feels light and breathable, so even when it’s warm, I stay cool.I was also happy with the fit; it’s stretchy and comfortable, which is great for movement without feeling restricted. The thumb holes are a nice touch for added sun protection on my hands. While the hood is on the larger side (designed to fit over a hat), it does a solid job keeping the sun off my head.For the price, this shirt is a fantastic find. It’s versatile enough for a lot of outdoor activities, and the fabric feels just as good as some of my pricier shirts.
