Cómo instalar los neumáticos de su sierra de cinta de uretano:
- Asegúrese de desenchufar la sierra de cinta mientras cambia cualquier pieza o la repara.
- Los neumáticos de sierra de cinta de uretano no requieren adhesivo, pero sí deben estirarse.
- Retire las llantas viejas y limpie la máquina de suciedad, residuos o adhesivo.
- Los neumáticos más pequeños se pueden montar estirándolos con la mano.
- Si no puede colocar las llantas a mano estirándolas, sujete las llantas a la rueda. Trabaje el neumático alrededor de la rueda en ambas direcciones y agregue abrazaderas a medida que avanza.
- Se puede usar una varilla de espiga o una herramienta suave para hacer palanca en el neumático.
- Una vez que la llanta esté segura en la rueda, será necesario suavizar el estiramiento.
- Con una espiga entre el neumático y la rueda, gírela alrededor de toda la rueda.

As the title suggests, follow the directions and boil these to soften them up enough to stretch. A 2nd set of hands will help get them on, l didnt have that option. They do have to fit tightly anyway but they fit and woek as intended.

Once properly warmed up the bands went on easily and once cool were very secure.

The urethane saw tire is not a complicated product. This one is just fine. The diametral fit was tight, as it's supposed to be. I chose to install it by removing the 14 inch wheel from my saw (a single bolt and it slid right off) and clamp the wheel in a vice so I could use both hands and a large round shank screwdriver to stretch and guide the tire onto the wheel rim.

Fitted these as a replacement tires my wheel was 14 1/4 " so a little bit tight . Followed a post on you tube by Tim B on fitting using a drill to stretch the tire as it is fitted no soaking in hot water or soap required. It worked for me took about 30 mins for both wheels. Look it up. As for the tires seem to be ok time will tell how durable they are.

I like not having to use any adhesive to install them! As for 'ease of installation, ( not so easy)But the instruction say to soak the belts in hot water for a little while and try to install themwhile they are still warm and flexible! Well I did all that and it still was a fight to get theminstalled on the wheels of my band saw. But hey, taking the good and the bad, it is a verygood product. and they fit perfectly on the 14" wheels of my band saw. If ever needed again,I would buy them in an instant!

El modelo que me indicaban para mi sierra cinta costaba 2 veces mas, solo por que era específicamente para ese modelo, pero las medidas de estas bandas coincidían exactamente, y quedaron de maravilla y mucho mas baratos, la calidad es excelente.
