The case is just a charger when it is plugged in. It doesn’t have a battery of its own to charge from. I knew that before I bought it but just confirming. The batteries work great and hold just as long as the original.

Must have. Work great. Last about the same as factory battery. Nice charger. Can charger 3 at a time. Always on the go

Good cheap backup batteries. Don't use near water and don't use SD card holder. Cards are hard to remove and I'd you're unlucky, like me, it will fall out into the little hole and you'll have to break the lid and shimmy the card out.

The Insta360 has an excellent battery, but sometimes you just want to keep filming. These are ideal. Sitting in their own charger case, giving me a place to put my spare SD Card and the battery snaps in and pops out, just like it's supposed to. I haven't paid too much attention to how long they last compared to the original, but a lot of the times, I find the original is in the carry case and I've been using the after market (this one) in the camera all day.

It’s been holding up pretty good so far, didn’t do an official battery test compared to the original factory batteries but so far it seems to hold its own.Would definitely recommend just for the charging and house ability.
