Hinge is very loose and poorly made. Dorr has about 1/4 of play in it making it impossible for the door to fit inside a frame

Really good deal for the money. These are pretty high-quality hinges for what they are. I wouldn’t use these for any really heavy doors. However, it’s perfect for small doors on pantries.I would say this is a perfect kit for the price to have handy in a woodshop.

These were the right size and kind of Hinges that I was needing for my custom medicine cabinet door, but I find the material pretty thin and the hinge itself has too much play or wobbles too much. It looks like the pin that connects the two piece is too narrow for the outer hinge portion so its loose.I did not bother installing these to see if they may work when installed since its obvious they will appear loose when you open the door with these hinges so the door will be wobbly. The door will feel loose because of the excessive play with the hinge pin and not what I wanted.I did like the black screws that came with these as they are about a 1/2 inch and I have purchased this size screw on multiple occasions so I decided to keep these so I can use the screws. Didn't count them but likely about 36 screws which I will use.

Current price point at the time/date of this review: $17.99 with a 5% discount being provided by the seller. Pricing is fair and generally on point for a set of 10 units. These are considered light duty hinges and I wouldn’t recommend it for anything too serious, but for lighter shelving doors and such where not too much stress and demand will be placed on it, unlike with an actual door with larger dimensions and thus making more leverage - too much for something like this to handle as it can fail or bend out of shape.Perfect for an application being used in a vehicle. Needed a top cover light aluminum sheet to be used as a cover top for a storage area and these hinges are perfect for the application as I needed something black and not too overkill for this light application. Works good for this purpose.Where two is needed, consider using three(+) for a long stretch and for added reinforcement with any medium/heavy duty projects.Material grade quality and performance are adequate, comes finished in a decent coating.
