This is a nightmare to get on. I'd size up one from the size chart just to make it easier to get on. It definitely smooths everything out and sucks you in. Makes clothes look more flattering, but the fit is insanely tight to the point I almost couldn't get it on in spite of following the size chart recommendation. It is definitely great shapewear, though, and will hold everything in well.

Very comfortable however the straps are difficult to wearI am 185 lbs and 5’5 I purchased a larger size based on reviews XLNot too bad , I only wore for 2 hours

I've tried the panties, the shorts, the waist bands and cami cut shapers and all of them make me so self conscious and uncomfortable. I got to the point where I was better off in my own skin. But now I have finally found what my body shape needs to look good in whatever I want to wear. The material is durable and doesn't rip like others have. The nude color is discreet under most colors I like to wear. True to size fit so I can move normally and breathe without looking like I'm smashed under these clothes. This actually moves with my body and I'm not rushing to get out of it when I get home. Its very flattering for my body type and gives me much more confidence when I'm walking dancing conversating or mingling. Its priceless to me because thats how good I feel when I'm wearing it.

I ordered an XL according to my hip measurement and could not get past my hips, which are not THAT wide.Other than that, the material looks good.

I bought this to wear under a strapless evening gown. It more than did the job! Once you get it on, it is actually quite comfortable and easy to wear. And yes, I could breathe and move with ease. And looked impressively slender!
