I really wasn't expecting these to be any different from the last 2 sets I bought from Panasonic. The last couple of sets were just horrible. This set Panasonic KX-TGU432B is impressive by to days standards ((because todays standards are at a all time low when it comes to quality products)). The sound quality is so much better from the last 2 sets I had and this one is easier to use and set up. Even though they are brand new to me, the battery life exceeds my expectations compared to the other sets I had when they were new. It also announces the name of who is calling and announces when the battery is getting low.

This phone exceeded our expectations. we have had panasonic phone for years and we get good use from them. We needed something for my mother who is 88 and really hard of hearing and these met our needs. when i showed her the sound boost button it was even a bit loud in her ear, so i know as her hearing gets worse this phone will still make it possible for her to have a conversation on the phone without it needing to be text or TTY. The display screen is significantly bigger and really easy to read. The flashing light on the top that doubles as a flashlight is nice making it easy to see that the phone is ringing. The larger buttons are so much easier for her to use with her arthritic hands. This is really a fantastic phone.I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is caring for the elderly or that has arthritis in their hands or is hearing impaired.

Aunque no incluye instrucciones ni existe manual en español, es muy fácil de instalñar y programar.

I bought this set for my aging Mom to replace other Panasonic cordless home phones that she had been using. The older phones were scratched up and some buttons started getting stuck when depressed. I stuck with Panasonic so she didn't have to relearn any of the functions. Mom likes the big LCD display and large buttons, but mostly the Audible Caller ID Announcement feature so she can screen calls from Window Salesmen and Scammers.

I’ve had Panasonic phone systems at my work for a long time. Kinda disappointed that this one doesn’t have a belt clip like all the other ones. I have to carry the phone around with me and it’s awkward with no clip. Other than that the phone system works great.

While this handset doesn't break any new ground, all the basics are covered with a little extra thrown in; large display, big, well-defined buttons, call indicator/flash light that can't be missed, talking caller id, call block, built-in answering machine etc. No complaints about call quality or range yet.Setup is a breeze. Panasonic continues it's tradition of standard AAA rechargeable batteries, included in the box, so it really is a plug and play operation.If there is anything to complain about, the plastic they chose for the front of the phone can be a little slippery but the phone is large enough so you never feel like you are going to lose your grip.All in all, hard to go wrong with this one.
