We were looking to expand our whisk tools in our kitchen and found this to be the perfect size in between our 6 inch and 12 inch whisks. It works perfectly for small dishes where you don’t need such a big whisk. It’s easy to clean and store in our drawer. The quality has been sturdy and functional. The whisk is easy to grip with a smooth handle.

El mango de agarre es ergonomico para trabajar de manera intensa y la resistencia de las aspas durante el trabajo de batido es realmente profesional.

I prefer this all steel whisk to the one with the plastic handle. The 9" is small enough for beating one egg and large enough to handle cake batter. Love it!

El mango es sólido y con un buen peso, lo alambres son duros y en general la calidad es muy buena pero lo mejor es el tamaño. Yo preparo comida para 2 personas o máximo 3 y solo tenía un batidor grande (normal) y uno pequeño. El grande es muy grande para batir un par de huevos o preparar un aderezo en un tazón chico y el chico tiene un mango muy corto y siempre termina adentro de lo que esté preparando.Este batidor tiene el tamaño perfecto para mezclar en el fondo de una taza medidora (la típica pyrex de 250 ml) o para batir en un tazón de 2 litros o en la sartén o en una cazuela de 3 o 4 litros sin problema. Lo tengo desde hace apenas unos días y es el único que he usado desde entonces.

This is the smallest wire whisk that you can get and still be comfortable while whisking stuff. It is perfect to whisk small batches of eggs (4 or 5 eggs) or individual batches of batter.It is all metal and very sturdy. You can safely dish wash and knock it on the border of the mixing bowl without any concerns.My previous one had a plastic handler which broke after two years of light usage. This one being all metal will not break that easily.
