Excellent baking sheet. Nothing sticks and it is a breeze to clean. Should have bought this sooner.

Beautiful pan, and works wonderfully! So far, I've made three "no knead" loaves in this, and they have come out perfectly golden on the sides and bottom, with absolutely no sticking - even without added butter or oil! It heats evenly, without any warping. I've washed it twice in the dishwasher, too. It's a little narrower than the nonstick pan it's replacing, but it works SO GREAT that I am going to try the cake pans from this line, too. (My only wish is that these were made in the US like the other OXO nonstick but not ceramic line...)

I dumped all my old teflon non-stick cookware and bought these ceramic loaf pans. They have great heat distribution and my bread doesn't stick to the pan. Because the food doesn't stick to the pan, it's a breeze to wash. The blue is a beautiful color, although I really don't care if my cookware doesn't match. I'm really happy with the purchase.

Excellent quality pan, but it’s just a bit too big to fit into my Breville Smart Oven. My other quarter sheets will fit, but the OXO has an extended rim around the edges. Nice, but it makes the pan too large for my application.

Excellent loaf pan for baking. I baked 3 zucchini orange loaves. Non stick feature is great.
