I think I ruined it by cutting my brownies while they were in it so be careful. Brownies came out very nice though.

I have used this pan several times now. I really love it. Nothing sticks to it. It has a good ceramic type coating. It’s a nice size for sheet pan dinners for 2. It doesn’t warp.

This is a nice jelly roll pan. It seems to be well made and it looks as pictured. It seems to be heavy duty and the coating is good. It is hand washable and it washes up fine.
