These hooks are great for drop shot fishing. Nice and sharp and reasonably priced.

Haven't had any issues. They're just like most hooks I've tried except you get a nice big pack of em. Will buy again should I somehow run out lol 👍

I've used alot of hooks over the years including all the heavy duty name brand ones the big box stores sell cheap and nothing compares to owner ssw bait hooks. They're super strong wire, super sharp, and super fine wire. These hooks won't bend.....#2 hook will easily catch 40 inch Snook and Reds. So if you're having problems with hookups then try these hooks. You won't be disappointed.

I went to drop shot for the first time and my very first cast I was dragging it through the gunky weeds and felt a tap so I stopped moving it and waited. Didn't feel another tap so I started to drag it in slowly and got stuck on the weedy bottom again so I jerked the rod to the side to get it unstuck and somehow hooked a fish. Apparently the hook was so sharp that dragging it out of some weeds on the bottom was enough to foul hook a pickerel in the back.
