I bought this to replace a split nozzle on the Osprey 3l bladder. When it arrived I noticed it was not exactly the same length as the original but it fitted. However, it doesn’t work properly. Sucking water out of the bladder is very hard and impractical. I tried to contact Osprey and got an answer phone. Disappointing, not what you experte of a premium brand.

I suppose osprey changed the size of the bite valve, cause this does not fit. It is clearly a different size that what it is replacing.This product listing mentions nothing of model, or time period, for which it works. Ends up being a waste of time for me.

Som vanligt med produkter från osprey är att det fungerar mycket bra och även denna gång = perfekt.!

This is good, I have the bladder and pipe but needed to replace the bite valve. I now have done this and it even has an open and close action. This now means I can take water easily on my walks,and it looks like the valve covers are easy to change.

I had to replace the bite valve on my older Osprey pack (labeled OLD). I ordered the new style valve (NEW) and also ordered some replacement valve covers for it (far right). These work with the new valve only. So if your bite valve looks like the one on the left, then these aren't the right ones.
