I bought these for my newborn who weighed ~ 6 lb at his least. I did not use it for the first 3 weeks or so . Even after he crossed 8 lb it was kinda bulky. The flaps across and the leg frills make this pretty bulky on a newborn. The snaps are somehow hard to press as well. The inner ‘tongue’ is the best design for a boy since you can fold it in half for extra absorbency in the front. The crotch I found to be a bit too wide for my baby compared to the GMD workhorse / geffen ones. It washes and dries well though. Better than the aforementioned ones. I don’t notice any gunk stuck in the stitching etc so it is more than satisfactory in the cleaning dept.

Started using for my 6 month bub. I occasionally add an extra insert to increase the absorbency. So non fuss in my opinion soft and great price. Overall I’m happy n buying my second set now :)

I LOVE these! Sometimes my mom bring fails me and I forget to change my son in the night, these can last all night and with a cover there are no leaks!! My dear husband accidently put this fitted diaper on my son with no cover and it lasted 4 hours just barley soaking through his clothes, it was pretty wet on the inside too. The fit is really nice, I thought I was going to dislike it only having one line of snaps and not two. When my son is too big for the size ones I'll definitely will be purchasing the size 2. The clean up nice (poop will still stain but that's normal), and they dry well in my dryer on low heat with my prefolds for only like 40 min! Such great diapers. If I had more money my whole stash would be just these.

I think these are ok. I’m glad they are in my stash but they are not my favorite because of their bulk. The design is bulky in my opinion because there are three layers on the front when you have it all snapped. Especially on a smaller baby. It’s a thick bulky material which I could overlook if it didn’t end up having three layers in the front where the snaps are. I would suggest a thinner material where the snaps are. But they do absorb well and contain poop well. So I like them. Because they work. But I don’t like them because they are bulky on my two month old baby. Maybe I will like them better when she is bigger. They are much better than prefolds! Thanks.

Están muy bonitos. La tela es de calidad y ajustan muy bien. Mi bebé acaba de nacer y le ajustaron muy bien. La tela es suave.

When I decided to cloth diaper I had chosen to go with one size pocket diapers and use disposables to bridge the gap between birth and when the pocket diapers would fit, but then I gave birth to a preemie. The time my baby would be in disposables ended up being much longer than I had planned for. Environmental guilt and issues with availability and purchase limits on disposable diapers forced me to look for a short term cloth option.I decided to use fitted diapers mostly because of how affordable these diapers are. The other options in cloth fitted diapers are WAY more expensive and affordability paired with ease of teaching others how to use a two part diaper system made it worthwhile for me to try this out.I started using these when my preemie hit 7 pounds, but I probably could have started using them at 5.5 pounds. They're absorbent enough to easily last between feedings which is 3-4 hours. I've never had poop escape and urine wicks throughout the cotton so it takes a while to overload the diaper's total absorbancy. Due to that wicking I would recommend waiting until the umbilical cord falls off to use these. My baby is nearly 10 pounds now and I'm not sure if they'll fit all the way up to 18 pounds, but I'm confident that when they become too small the one size pocket diapers that I already have will fit.As for the laundry experience I do a pre-wash spray down with cold water, spot treat poop stains, then run them through a 120f regular wash cycle, and dry them for 70 minutes on high heat. I found that they would not get completely dry on low heat and they needed a longer dry cycle on high. Costco brand fragrance free liquid detergent and color safe bleach have kept the diapers clean and absorbent. I recently doubled the number I had on hand and I can't tell which diapers are newer. They're holding up very well and I expect to be able to use them with a second child.I haven't had issues with any of the different brands of covers I bought to use with these, but for function I liked the Thirsties hook and loop duo wrap the best.
