Product was defective. Seller has refused to give me a prepaid label and expect me to pay $44 to return and risk getting nothing back in return. I will be then out another $44. Seller said time was over and will not accept return. Don't purchase from this seller. Very bad, now I am out $110 for the purchase. No instructions and dish is not as in photo. Does not say HD..only has Dish on Sat dish.

It works like a charm. Easy to assemble, though there were no instructions (not needed). I put it together, put it up, and called the local Dish installer to aim it. I have two homes, and carry the box back and forth. If you call Dish, just ask for the local installer for your ZIP Code. The phone help desk is clueless about issues like this. It takes a special device to aim the antenna properly. It cost me $125 to get it aimed (Aug, 2023) and was well worth the money. Up and running the day after delivery

Dish was new, but the LNBF was used. Was shown as new. Dish itself was OK and new. Quick delivery. I hope the LNBF works. Western Arc
