They charge and provide power, they are super small and fit my project. However on the first discharge I got no more than 380mah. Charging and discharging 2 more cycles gave me 350ish on the charge and 374 on the discharge. So basically it's a 350 to 400mah battery and nowhere near 1400. I do like that it came with a charger and a connector to use. Tamiya connectors should never be used on lipos but I didn't need that part anyway. I cut it off so I could use that to connect to my pcb.

I ordered by the part number printed on the bad battery and the one I got won’t even fit my son’s blaster…. Waste of money!
