We just bought a BMW and the key was already heavy to begin with. This makes it significantly heavier but the esthetic is spot on. It's heavy metal and durable. Fits pretty snug. My husband uses the clip to clip onto his pant loop. I highly recommend. It doesn't add a whole lot of bulk, just weight.

As advertised, this fob cover is HEAVY and BIG, but again... That's clearly stated in the ad. Aside from that, this fob cover looks fantastic (nice design and over all look), and it does fit the key fob perfectly. The screws to separate the outside frame after putting your fob into the silicone cover are very (VERY) small, so be careful not to drop them. But it does come with an appropriate screwdriver, and the screws are magnetic, so that definitely helps. Outside metal frame seems to be very thick and protective, which is better than damaging your key fob if dropped, since they're hundreds of dollars to replace. Perhaps a bit pricey for just one fob cover, but over all I still like it and think it's still a good deal.
