Strudy bed frame which is great the led lights tho do not stay with the zip ties and i have had this bed frame for about 4 months now i like that it does have outlets but it only on one side of the bed

at first, it was pretty terrible to put together because the instructions are garbage but then I got the hang of it and I suppose it came out pretty nice, though they want you to zip tie the lights to the bed so it doesn’t really look great in that sense . at least all of the pieces actually fit, mattress went on nice, pretty sturdy no problems. I would say this is a good value for the money.

Over all assembly was easy but it took awhile to work through the directions as the diagrams were not very clear. My main issue is that there are supposed to be bolts that go through the rails and connect to the feet of the bed but there are no holes to put them through which leaves the rails with the feet on them a bit wobbly. Secondly this is supposed to be a "floating" bed frame but the frame sticks out a bit farther than the mattress which takes away from the "floating" feel of it. I wouldn't be so concerned about that except with the frame being exposed you can see the zip ties that are used to keep the lights on and that just looks pretty tacky. There are also small clipsthat are meant to hold the lights to the frame that were very tedious to put on and ended up being a waste of time because the lights slip right out of them. The lights are decent but the remote is junk, you have to be within a couple inches of the receiver for it to work and even then it doesn't always respond. Over all I am very disappointed in this purchase.Editing to note that the company did quickly reach out to me to try to help fix the issues I was having. They sent out a new set of instructions that were much clearer and said that moving forward they plan change the remote to a better modle as well as find a more efficient way of attaching the lights. Unfortunately my assembly issue wasn't resolved due to the holes simply not being there but the company was kind enough to offer a refund. They really seem to care about customer satisfaction and improving their product which I like to see. I would feel comfortable giving them another chance and purchasing form them again in the future.

Overall, this is a good frame, once you get it assembled. The assembly though, is a marathon. The instructions are just a series of pictures with so little detail that it becomes a series of trial an error to figure out if there is particular up or down facing side for any piece (there is). I had to undo several pieces after only finding out 3 steps later that the particular piece should have been facing a different way. Once everything was finally assembled, the frame felt very secure and sturdy. Unfortunately, the remote for the LED didn't work at all. However, there is also an app you can download for your smart phone to control the LEDs, and that works just fine.
