This was a great bag, it was just too big/tall for my needs. Wish the smaller version came with the same number of pockets.

First and most importantly, this backpack has drastically cut the back pain I had with my previous everyday, work backpack.The chest strap is a miracle - it helps me to distribute the weight more evenly across the back and front of my body, which has drastically cut the back, shoulder and neck pain I had with my previous rucksack.If I was going to be picky about anything, it would be that the chest strap clasps are detachable and sometimes come off when they are being unclipped (never whilst in use). I find I have to be extra careful not to lose one or both of them if I’m unclipping and I’m in a hurry.With that said though, the colour and design really is lovely. It’s comfortable, designed with security in mind and expandable - providing plenty of room and divided cleverly into sections. I especially like the iPad sleeve and the padded laptop section and the water bottle pockets on the exterior.In conclusion, there is a clip for my keys and plenty of room for my folders, books, hat, gloves, scarf, packed lunch and laptop, iPad and my little office handbag.I’m saving up to get the smaller crazy pink design for more casual weekend use.Highly recommended!

I was a bit nervous about ordering this as there were no reviews so I thought I’d add one. It’s a really nice well made bag. I’m very pleased I bought it. Make sure you check the size as an identical 20l one.
