I purchased this for my twenties something son. It is sturdy and roomy as well as having the most popular cocktail recipes located right on the container. I have one of these, too, and it is maybe a bit too convenient to whip up a cocktail! Great gift.

I ordered this shaker for the size. The first one I received was a little rusty on the bottom and the lid would not budge, completely stuck on. Sent it back and received another that had the exact same problem without being rusty.

I love the cocktail shaker! It is 2 pieces so it's a bit insulated but it seals well and the cap doesn't get stuck. It is large, made of quality stainless, and has a handy "dial a recipe" feature that you can spin the outer layer to select a cocktail top reveal the recipe in the windows.
