Dispenser weight 4 oz, size 5" L x 1.75" W x 2.75" H, and color silver/clear and green. Each dispenser was packaged very well in its own box. Each dispenser was placed in a thin clear bag and placed in the center of a sturdy box made for it's size that was lined with 3/8" foam on all sides, top and bottom. Each one arrived in perfect condition. I loaded the clear dispenser with Scotch transparent tape and the green dispenser in Scotch Removable magic tape, each tape 3/4" 1000" (27.7 yd) 19mm x 25,4m. I use two different types of tape. I use transparent tape for paper with a shiny finish in the clear dispenser and removable magic tape for matte finish paper in the green dispenser. Now I do not have to change tapes anymore. The tapes fit the dispensers perfect. They are easy to load. Each dispenser has small non-slip rubber feet. In my opinion the dispensers need to be a little heavier. I love them. Very modern looking. They met my needs.

I originally ordered a clear acrylic pen holder for my daughters wedding but it looked like poor quality. So I ordered this. It is solid and the accent of gold on the bottom is the perfect accent!love the angle look, very elegant! Had my friend do a vinyl monogram and it will look perfect on the sign in table

Ordered TWO. Received fast, but that could have been due to "Prime". Packaged decently. New, clean boxes within a larger box. Nice weight to the holder, not cheap or 'thin' acrylic. Not a scratch or mark on the acrylic anywhere! No 'scratch's' or dings in the bottom 'rose gold' part. Cork outer bottom, which is nice. Won't slide on desk.All in all a very nice classy looking holder to put on desk.Would recommend.Let me add that MY pencil cups are DEFINITELY rose gold. I have ordered other 'things' for the desk, in gold, rose gold and silver. I KNOW the difference between gold & rose gold. Having said that, they ARE a 'medium' rose gold. Not as deep and dark as a 'true' rose gold, not as 'saturated' as my other rose gold accessories, but not 'washed out', not pale, and definitely NOT gold. Especially next to my other gold things. But I'm VERY happy with the color and it blends well with my other 'deeper' rose gold accessories. . It doesn't stick out like sore thumb where you say "oh look, that doesn't match". Nope. Looks good.

Office Goods is one of the best companies to order from! When I initially placed my order, a part of the stapler was broken, and the day after delivery, their customer service representative personally reached out to me and asked how I liked the product. I informed her that it was broken upon arrival and that I was disappointed that I would have to send it back. I immediately got another email from one of their managers apologizing for the inconvenience and informing me that I would be receiving a new stapler within the next couple of days, free of charge! After the second (and usable) stapler arrived, I was again contacted by the same manager, asking how everything was going. WHAT AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. Something as simple as a follow up email made all the difference, and I am thrilled to use Office Goods in the future. Oh, and the stapler is gorgeous and works perfectly! :)
