I use a food scale and it doesn't weigh anything lower than 60grams.1gram on this scale = 72gramsThe instructions on how to calibrate the scale is to "Violently" hit it with a hammer.Just look at their 15min video on accuracy and you'll see. I don't think you should ever hit a scale that's taking precise measurements.I also dont want to download whatsapp to go through the customer service. If the scale was weighing things correctly it would be a great device. will be returning and hoping to find a better one.

As the description says its best for teas and granular things. Powdery things can flow but there is a lot of dust that gets kicked up inside the machine making it hard to clean around all those parts. It not 100% accurate but no machine of this price will be. I found it to be better than another one I tried, and it does work. Gets the job done just cleaning is hard.The hopper is small so you have to keep reloading it. That is not a flaw it is just due to the compact size

Unit arrived not working correctly. Kenny, the customer service contact at Hanchen Instrument was very diligent at working with us through troubleshooting and correcting the issue. We worked together with their team by sending photos and videos of the issue and describing what we were seeing. It took two tries, and waiting time for parts to arrive from China, but we finally got the machine working correctly, and it is extremely accurate in weighing. We feed a flour blend through the machine and this machine does a great job of feeding the powder into the weighing hopper in a smooth and very controlled manner (you have three speed options), and also decelerating at the end of each dose as programmed by the user for very accurate control. As our business grows, I imagine we will be ordering more of these machines. Hanchen is implementing more parts testing to prevent our issue from happening to other customers. Had our machine arrived working correctly initially, this would have been a 5-star review. Now very satisfied. The machine has a 1-year warranty. Recommend this seller; if you have any issues, just work with them and they will resolve them.

Machine works fine but worth mentioning that its condition upon receiving was a bit scary. Front readout panel was out of place, not inserted properly. Two sets of wires were unplugged from panel as well. This sort of lack of care in assembly is certainly testimony to its overall quality.
