The CarPlay is excellent, and everything has been working steadily so far on the first day after installation. However, I have a few recommendations:• A step-by-step, up-to-date manual in both text and video formats is needed, as the current instructions are outdated and scattered in pieces. While the seller was helpful via WhatsApp, a clear step-by-step guide would make the installation process much easier.• It would also be great if the device came with all the necessary wires already pre-installed, so only the car’s wires would need to be connected.Thank you!

It works 90 percent of the time. But occasionally, it just doesn't for no apparent reason. It fits great into my 2016 Escape. And it only took an afternoon to install. The sound is a little bass heavy out of the box but that can be tuned in settings. Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity work well but a tad laggy.Overall, it's a great improvement over Ford's Sync System when it works but can be a headache ten percent of the time.

The instructions are a little vague, but was able to get the unit connected to my sons 2014 Ford Escape. Unfortunately, the screen will not power up. I've looked at everything multiple times and as far as I can tell there is no other way to wire it. His old radio worked fine so I know it's not an issue with the vehicle. I have sent in a note to NUNOO for support so we shall see what they say. Unfortunately, it was a Christmas gift and we waited for the weather to improve before installing the system so we are past our return window. Hopefully they will back their product......Will update when I find out.

I had these installed myself for over a month or maybe longer but my honest opinion on this Apple CarPlay screen is that it made my car look complete. Everyone thinks that’s how I bought my car I love it! The touch on the screen is fast and functionality is perfect. I have no issues with it so far. It worth the money. Installation was fast and fitment is top tier.
