Works like a charm on real and replacement batteries. The car charger is excellent and the bonus items were great.

I bought this because the charger that came with my camera was broken out of the box and I couldn't wait for Fuji to send me a new one (THANK YOU AMAZON PRIME!!) It arrived the day before I left on vacation and it worked perfectly. I was even able to charge my battery on the road using the cigarette lighter attachment. Excellent product at a great price!

After owning a good, but older professional model camera, I was looking for more zoom power without having to go to the much more expensive lenses. Following considerable research about the Fuji SL1000, I finally decided to order it. I have had it for three days, and couldn't be more pleased. The zoom is fantastic. I was anticipating having to use my tripod to steady it, but was most pleasantly surprised that the shutter speed and the image stabilization made for very sharp clear pictures without the tripod.The only criticism is that the zoom is only powered by the battery with no way to use it manually, as I'm used to doing with the DSLR.Along with the camera, I purchased an extra battery and a charger that will plug into the car. The batteries charge very quickly. Thus far, I haven't used it enough to know how long the batteries last.For the first few seconds after I turned on the camera, I was a bit disconcerted as the camera switched between the viewing screen and the eyepiece when I brought it to my eye. It only took me seconds to adjust to that convenience.There are many very useful features available on the Fuji SL1000, and it will take more more than these three days to learn it all. The SR Auto setting makes it very easily useable right out of the box. The instant macro is much quicker and better than I expected.The lighter weight but solid feel of this camera will make it much more appealing to carry around than the old DSLR with it's assortment of heavy lenses.If you are looking for really good zoom power, and lots of extra features, in a lighter weight camera, you'll like this one.
